Privacy
Privacy policy.
Effective June 16, 2026
This policy explains what information 76 Health collects when you use our website and intake form, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are in the earliest phase of our launch and collect only what we need to coordinate your care.
What data we collect
When you complete our intake at /start, we collect the information you provide: your name, email, phone number (optional), ZIP or postal code, the condition you select, your answers to the condition-specific questions, and your contact and consent preferences. We intentionally do not ask for specific diagnoses or medications, and we strip such details from free-text answers before storing them.
We also record limited technical metadata to operate and secure the site: the page or campaign that referred you, basic attribution parameters (source, campaign, medium), your browser's user agent, and timestamps.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you about coordinating your care, to understand which conditions need support, and to improve our care model. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties without your permission, except service providers who help us operate (for example, our database and email vendors) under appropriate agreements.
How we store it
Your information is stored in our database (Supabase), hosted in a United States region and encrypted at rest. Identifying details and your intake answers are kept separate so that we can apply additional protections as the platform matures.
How long we retain it
We retain intake information for up to 24 months by default, after which it may be deleted, unless you ask us to keep it longer or applicable law requires a different period.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent, we use cookies and analytics tools — Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to understand how visitors use our site. These tools do not run until you accept cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time using the Manage cookie preferences link in the footer. If you decline, these analytics tools are not loaded.
Do Not Track
We honor your browser's “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. If DNT is enabled, our analytics cookies and pixels stay off regardless of the cookie banner choice.
Email tracking
The emails we send (such as your confirmation) may include standard open- and click-tracking so we can confirm delivery and improve our communications. You can reply to any email to ask us to stop.
Your right to delete
You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@76health.com. We will confirm and process your request.
Updates to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify affected users by email.
